I loved how close we were to the Houston Zoo, just a short drive away, and the charming Levy Park, perfect for a leisurely stroll on a sunny afternoon, making our weekend in the city so enjoyable. plus, it’s a fantastic home base for exploring the nearby Medical Center and Rice University, with plenty of dining options around like Olive Garden and Goode Company Seafood within a stone's throw.

Y’all gotta try Goode Company Seafood down the street—it’s my kind of place! Plus, the breakfast spread in the morning hit all the right notes, making sure I was fueled for the day’s culinary adventures.

Now, I didn’t run into any real issues on this one-night stop, but a little more variety on the room service menu wouldn’t hurt! Still, I walked away impressed.

Great convenience for families

Checked in like a breeze it took less than a minute and since I had an early flight I was able to take a much needed shower and nap right after my arrival And the room had all amenities you'd expect from a kitchen but also had a room service option which really saved me after a long travel day

Breakfast was a highlight—scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, and fresh fruit every morning. I loved that it wasn’t just a basic breakfast but something substantial. The staff went out of their way to help, especially Ana, who kept my coffee stocked with decaf. Unfortunately, I faced a minor mechanical issue, but the maintenance team handled it promptly. The hotel is well-located, with grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. One downside was the need for a rental car due to the late hours of my appointments. The complimentary shuttle was helpful but not as convenient for my long stay. Overall, the hotel met my needs well and allowed for a comfortable, long-term stay.
